The Federal Government under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is committed to partnering with every stakeholder to actualize the objective of increased crude production. I elaborate on this while hosting members of the Crude Oil Refinery Owners Association of Nigeria, led by their Chairman, Momoh Oyarekhua.

I found their expressed concerns, on the challenges faced in accessing the necessary crude oil stock for production, quite worrisome. However, I assured them of my commitment to addressing these concerns and ensuring that adequate measures would be put in place to guarantee access to stock for their production, at least to meet our local consumption needs.

The Ministry of Petroleum Resources will collaborate with any other ministry or agency required to facilitate processes in increasing production. We understand the urgent need for a large availability of PMS and we are determined to work together to make this a reality for the benefit of all Nigerians
